The MYH4D project was presented to the web masters and a link to the MYH4D project portal was made so that those who will access the selected web sites can also access, through a direct link, the MYH4D portal.

Users from Universities, Associations, Public bodies, Training Agencies, Schools, participants in the International Conferences on Education and people interested in the seminars/masters visit Pixel website (estimated visits are around 12.000 users each year). SIAE website

ZDUS published an article about the MYH4D project for the Slovenian Institute of Adult Education, where we provided the usefulness of project outcomes in relation to ZDUS volunteer work for people with dementia who still live at home. The article titled “With adult education to a better dementia health literacy” explains the role of adult educator in building a dementia health conscious communities and in the end provided links to the project portal and Facebook site. The article was distributed thought the network of adult education institutions in Slovenia and was shared 17 times on social media.


AGE Platform website

ZDUS published an article about the MYH4D project for the age Platform Europe, of which ZDUS is a member. AGE Platform Europe is an association of more than 100 NGO across EU, representing the voice of older persons at EU level. ZDUS published an article about the purpose of the project, what the project results will be and how the interviews with the informal carers went. Title of the article: ZDUS joins an EU project to improve carers’ knowledge of dementia.


KAM PO ZNANJE website

vKAM PO ZNANJE is a website managed by the Slovenian Institute of Adult Education where organisations can publish their educational programmes for general and professional public. ZDUS published general information about the content of the MYH4D MOOC “Be connected”, which will be available in 2022 and provided a link to the MYH4D website.


UN Decade of Healthy Ageing Platform

The UN Decade of Healthy Ageing is a global collaboration that brings together diverse sectors and stakeholders including governments, civil society, international organizations, professionals, academic institutions, the media and the private sector to improve the lives of older people, their families and communities. To meet this need, the Platform is designed to be an inclusive, collaborative space where all knowledge relevant for the Decade can be accessed, shared, and interacted with in one place by everyone around the world. ZDUS listed the MYH4D project as an implementation project in the field of integrated care. Objectives, scope of the project and the website are available to readers.


EPALE

EPALE is a European, multilingual, open membership community of adult learning professionals, including adult educators and trainers, guidance and support staff, researchers and academics, and policymakers. ZDUS posted a blog about MYH4D project, with pictures material from IO 1 and reference to project website, Facebook page and list of partners.

Locale Creative Hub is an online forum, which share various articles and news in relation to a variety of topics such as society, technology, education etc. An article about the MYH4D project was shared under the education section, in order to promote and disseminate project aims and objectives, along with a direct link to the project’s portal.

CitizensACT is a newly established non-profit organization based in Nicosia, Cyprus that was set up with the aim to promote active citizenship among all citizens regardless of their age, gender, colour, religion, ethnicity, language or abilities. The organization has a special care to young people and elderly, through inter-generational learning it aims to reach out, to support and to empower those people, whilst minimise their marginalization and exclusion from the society and economy. Novilunio

Novilunio is a non-profit association dedicated to inspiring a culture of change in the world of dementia in Italy. Our person-centred and humanistic approach to living beyond a diagnosis of dementia has the objective of providing services, resources, and peer support systems that nurture enablement, dignity, and a good quality of life at any stage of the illness. In collaboration with international organizations, medical institutions, and industry partners, we also design and develop experimental projects that promote the adoption of assistive technologies and home modifications to enable people with dementia to remain safe and independent in their own homes, while improving their social inclusion within their own communities.

We are a nursing home, working since 2000 with/for people with dementia. We have a day care center, 3 residentiail units, one alzheimer cafe, three dementia friendly community projects. We are member of the european network EFID and of Eurodiaconia (social branches of European churches in several European countries)


ASLTO3 website

A.S.L.TO3 (www.aslto3.piemonte.it) is a Public Health Authority and has been established in 2007 as a merger of four public health authorities. The healthcare professional workers are currently around 4500. The main hospitals of ASLTO3 are based in the cities of Pinerolo, Rivoli, Venaria and Susa.


Instituto de Etica Clinica Francisco Valles

The Instituto de Etica Clinica Francisco Valles is a partner of the project MYH4D. IECFV website provides information about the project together with a direct link to the Portal. Users from Universities, Associations, Public Bodies, Training Agencies, Schools, participants in the International Conferences on Bioethics and people interested in the educational activities of the IECFV visit the website. The estimated number of visitors is 5000 users.

De Wingerd

De Wingerd is a residential care center for people with dementia. It is an associated partner of the MYH4D project. De Wingerd works according to the principle of Small-scale Normalized Living. It includes a day center for 24 people, 9 care flats, 10 short-stay places and 16 houses where 8 people live together (128 people). It is also connected to the local service center


Zorg Kortrijk

Zorg Kortrijk bundles the local, public care offer in Kortrijk. In concrete terms, this concerns all facilities for the elderly, social housing, home care and childcare. Zorg Kortrijk is a contractual partner of MYH4D.


De Zon

De Zon is a residential care center for people with dementia and/or elderly with physical limitations. De Zon works according to the principle of Small-scale Normalized Living. De Zon offers support to 64 people with dementia and their families.


Sint Jozef

Sint Jozef is a residential care center for people with dementia and/or elderly with physical or mental health limitations. Sint Jozef offers support to 64 people with dementia and their families.


De Weister

De Weister is a residential care center for people with dementia and/or elderly with physical limitations. De Weister works according to the principle of Small-scale Normalized Living. De Weister offers support to 32 people with dementia with dementia and their families.


Ter Melle

Ter Melle is a residential care center for people with dementia and/or elderly with physical limitations. Ter Melle offers support to 99 residents and their families. It also has a day care center for elderly (with or without dementia)


Biezenheem

Biezenheem is a residential care center for people with dementia and/or elderly with physical limitations. Biezenheem offers support to 90 residents and their families.


CVO Miras

CVO Miras is an associated partner in the MYH4D project. CVO Miras provides training for adults. With approximately 11,000 students, 70 teaching places and 500 employees, CVO MIRAS has grown to become the leading provider of adult education in West Flanders.


Digitalno vključeni

Digitalno vključeni (Digitally included) is a platform for promotion of digital inclusion of older people. The platform requires registration of users and when they enter they have the possibility to learn about acquiring digital skills, about how to use e-services and how to age actively and helathy. Under the topics of healthy ageing ZDUS published an article about dementia health literacy and the MYH4D project with direct link to access the Be connected MOOC. The platform Digitalno vključeni will be available at lest from 2022-2027.


Connected 4 Health Project

The purposes of C4H project is: Provide lecturers/ trainers in universities with skills, knowledge, methods and tools to explore and address teaching/training obesity and EDs trought a trans-disciplinary approach; Help residents and studets consolidate their knowledge and skills in approaching patiences with obesity and eating disorders Support specialists in different medical fields to acquire new trans-disciplinary knowledge and skills to deal with these patiences


ISN Project

The Innovative Skills for Nurses project has the aim to develop innovative nursing student-centered curricula in order to better meet their learning needs and to reduce skills mismatches for the training of Specialist Nurse (SN) and the Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in a wide-spectrum of specialties with crucial impact on healthcare systems which will be extremely relevant for the labor market and for the wider society. The specific aims of the project are: Develop an innovative Curriculum to be implemented in all partner universities for the training of Specialist Nurses (SN) and Advanced Practice Nurses (APN) Provide trainers and lecturers of in-service and student nurses with innovative digital teaching skills and methods Create an online Repository of digital and virtual reality based scenarios and diagnostic challenges to be used as teaching and learning sources to qualify nurses
