Description of the organization
Blocks Health and Social Care is the owner of the largest and fully integrated center for rehabilitation, palliative care and care for elderly people in Bulgaria. The complex has been in operation for 2 years and is located on an area of 35 decares near the Sofia Ring Road, at the foot of the Vitosha Mountain. It includes a specialized hospital for rehabilitation and long-term treatment, a family-type residential home for seniors consisting of 9 detached houses, each of which can accommodate up to 9 residents, a hospice, a memory care unit and a day care center for seniors.

How the organisation will contribute to the dissemination and exploitation of the project results
Blocks Health and Social Care will contribute to the dissemination of the project and to the exploitation of its results by:
- Incorporation of the developed project materials and approaches into our daily educational and caring practices and by promoting them among our network of Bulgarian and international partners
- taking part in the exchange of knowledge.
