Description of the organization
The project will be substantially supported through institutional channels of communication and collaboration for the possible realisation of initiatives that will be proposed as moments of sharing and information on the territory to be addressed to all those who are in daily contact with people with dementia: family members, citizens, health and social workers.

How the organisation will contribute to the dissemination and exploitation of the project results
Developing experiences of inclusion aimed at improving living with the disease, which will be promoted by ASL TO3, in collaboration with other welfare organisations in the area such as the Valle di Susa - Valsangone Social Welfare Consortium (Con.I.S.A.), RSAs and day centres, and third sector operators.
